A Valentine Reminder from a Local Home Inspector,
Keeps Them on Our Minds.
Whenever a client needs a Real Estate agent, we always want them to think of us first. The same goes for other businesses. We have a local Home Inspector who has set the example to follow, when it comes to reminding clients that they are available when needed.
Jamie and Donna Miller, started a home inspection service before I started in Real Estate in 2009. I remember them stopping by with home-made cookies that Donna made, or note pads and pens whenever they were in the area.
Their company, Gold Key Inspections, has grown since them, adding more inspectors and always giving great service. Now that we have our own Brokerage, they will stop by occasionally to say hello, bringing their latest brochures and information.
Yesterday, Donna showed up with balloons and some homemade Gingersnap cookies with white chocolate icing.. I hope you enjoy the recipe, down below:
We have incorporated the same type of system in our business, where we "Pop By" our past clients and drop off a little something, just as a reminder to them, that we are available for all their Real Estate needs and of course we ask them to remember us for referrals.
