Saint Lucie County Florida Market Update
Port St Lucie, Florida; The final year end numbers are in and the Saint Lucie County Market Update has been posted by the Realtor Assn of the Palm Beaches. The year end report reveals several seller sweet spots.
First, the median sales price of single family homes is up 16.9% over 2014! This great news for 2015 buyers that made a very smart purchase in St Lucie County. The medium days on the market fell to 32 days compared to 53 in 2014. Inventory of single family homes remained at about a three month supply and over all sales stayed about the same as December 2014.

Townhomes and Condos had only a slight .09% increase in value over 2014 with sales remaining along the same levels as the previous year.
