Marine turtles are a passion for me, it is that simple. So anything that supports their resurgence is just fine with me! The Tortuga Music Festival is one such affair. Held on the beautiful white sand beaches of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, the Tortuga Music Festival is a 3 day extravaganza featuring country and good ol' fashioned rock n roll music!
The idea of the Tortuga Music Festival is to bring public awareness to the issues that face our oceans. Through public support, education, research and conservation issues it is hoped that progress can me made...no MUST be made. Over $250,000 dollars has already been raised for the cause, and the 2016 Tortuga Music Festival is gearing up to continue that trend.
