The great "taste" of Summer has now come to southeastern Wisconsin. We think of the start of this welcoming warm season at Memorial Day and that means the opportunity to enjoy local farmer's markets throughout Waukesha County. Sprinkled throughout the county, we enjoy visiting different locations ...creating recipes as we stroll the aisles of fresh produce...sample some of the tasty homemade goodies....add to the landscape with plants...or the dining room table with a fresh bouquet !
Courtesy of Edible Milwaukee...here are the locations and times that the Farmers Markets are open this year. Some have opened and some will open beginning in June.
Patronize local growers, vendors...enjoy the sunshine and all that this experience has to offer.
