Check out these July 4th Independence Day Festivities in Fairfield County, CT!

 

WILTON

Monday, July 4th at Wilton High School

Cost: Fireworks parking passes are required. Prepaid passes can be purchased for $35 at the Wilton Parks & Rec office. Parking that night can be purchased for $20. Click here for 4th of July Booster Parking Pass form.

8:30 am - Freedom Run Road Race at the Wilton HIgh School Track. Click here for race info

12 pm - Republicans vs. Democrats Softball Game

5 pm - One Bad Oyster band

6:30 pm - Shelter Dogs band

8 pm - Retro Express band

9:30 pm - Fireworks

 

RIDGEFIELD

Monday, July 4th Festivities

Cost: Fireworks parking passes are required. Passes can be purchased for $20 at Ridgefield Town Hall, Fairfield County Bank or the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce. 

10 am - Sandcastle Building Contest at Martins Park Beach. Judging at 3 pm. Entry to the beach without membership is $15 for residents and $20 for non-residents per person.

6 pm - Gates open at Ridgefield High School for fireworks.

7 pm - Air National Guard Band of the Northeast

Dusk - Fireworks

 

WESTON

Monday, July 4th at Weston Middle School

Cost: $20 fireworks car admission or $5 walk-in admission fee for 5 yrs and older. 

8 - 11 am - Mini Triathalon for Kids and Adults

4:30 pm - Gates open

5 - 9 pm Barbeque, Ice cream cart and glow stick sales

6 - 7 pm Westport Community Band

6:15 - 7:15 pm - The Magic Genie

7:15 - 9:20 pm - Cash is King Band

9:20 pm - Fireworks

 

WESTPORT

Thursday, June 30th at Compo Beach

Cost: Fireworks tickets can be purchased at $35 per car at the Westport Police Dept or the Westport Park and Recs office. Tickets sales are limited and are on a first come first serve basis beginning June 1st. Once tickets are sold out, shuttle passes will be available for purchase.

The Marching Cobras of New York Show Bank will perform with the Sapphire Dancers

Dusk - Fireworks

 

NEW CANAAN

Monday, July 4th Festivities

Cost: Fireworks entry passes are required for cars and walk-ins.  Fees are $35 for residents and $65 for non-residents at the New Canaan Rec Office, Walter Stewart's Market and New Canaan Toy Store.

9 am - Four on the Fourth Road Race at St. Marks Church.  Click here for more info.

5 pm - Picnicking, food court, live music and children's game area

9:15 - Fireworks

 

NORWALK

Sunday, July 3rd at Calf Pasture Beach

Cost: $20 parking fee per car without a Norwalk Resident Pass.

5:30 pm - The Amazing Andy Show for kids

6 pm - Dance to the Music with DJ Nuzzo

8 pm - Jimmy & the Parrots Band -

#1 Jimmy Buffet Tribute band

Dusk - Fireworks

REDDING

Saturday, July 2nd Rock'n Roots Revival at Lonetown Farm Museum

Cost: $15 admission fee. Children under 12 yrs free.

12:30 pm - Acoutics Sessions

4:30 pm - Rock'n the Stage

Dusk - Fireworks
