Have you seen the updates from SendOutCards? Amazing how many realtors and ancillary professionals do not see the power of SOC. Over the years, I have continued to share and show others this amazing tool.....and yes, many just push it away......Well, if you do, your competition thanks you...think about....We all agree that the fortune is in the follow up....but do we have a system to follow up and appreciate.
I share this example when I speak. With your SOC system you have a tool and a business that is yours...would you own a florist shop and buy flowers from 1-800 flowers? No of course not...then why are you buying your cards and gifts from your competitors?
Yesterday, I dropped off an amazing Canvas print of the home we sold to our buyer client...created right from my SOC photo store and the clients loved it....I see many agents running to Home Depot or the like and giving a gift card etc....I choose not to help a Billion Dollar company...I choose to help my company, my family, my own store!
