The addition is ideal for having a home office where clients can come to see you without entering into your personal space; a separate exterior entrance closed off to the interior. Or an excellent home to have roommates or a blended family. I know I am going on a lot about this feature but it is truly compelling. And we all know how many of us work from home! We have updated mechanical and baths, the kitchen is bright and sunny. Birmingham schools and a short walk to beautiful Sullivan Park and down town Birmingham.
