There's no substitute for EXPERIENCE!

Andrew, haven't researched how many of those homes have been RE-listed after expiring, if any at all.  That's just the pessimist in me squawking.  I would be HONORED to represent the fine county of Morris.  Having travelled recently to the far reaches of the world (Princeton), Central Jersey would be drive around the block for me.  I'll check that out.
