Welcome to Panama City and Panama City Beach...
Long known for the beautiful beaches and more recently known as the Spring Break capital of the U.S., our area is much more than that!
It's almost impossible to describe or romanticize the area in 3 simple photos, so I've take the liberty to do the best I can...
The entrance to downtown Panama City opens to shops, restaurants as well as a newly refurbished marina. The marina is not only a favorite docking location, but also a very popular fishing pier. In addition it is often the location of many seasonal and holiday events such as the July 4th fireworks display!
What do you do when it's rains, or the weather is less than perfect or after dinner? You go to Pier park shopping plaza.
And if you have children, you can take them with you and go on the rides together.
Aside from all the entertainment venues, shopping plazas and malls, retaurants and events, Panama City Beach is still mostly visited and known for over 20 miles of White Sandy Beach also known as "The worlds' most beautiful beaches"
From walking long the shores of the crystal blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, to picnicing on the sand to Turtle watching during season - "No no touching, hands off the little guys".
Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida remain both a very popular tourist destination as well as a lucrative investment location. The condos rent well, the cost of a waterfront condo is one of if not THE lowest in the country.
