The bee man is Dick and he is someone you should meet. His honey is flavorful, healthy and if you have allergies to outdoor things (pollen, etc.) it really helps to reduce the impact on the body when local honey is ingested.
You can usually catch him on the weekends but here is the phone number to contact him: 401.450.9201. Best to give him a call to see when he may be at his local stand.
Asking some questions about his bees I found out that the worker bees never let the temperature of the hive get below 55 degrees throughout the winter! Is that amazing...those worker bees have to keep that Queen Bee warm!
