North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have increased by 5% with the following sales for a total of 43 single home sales:
19 homes sold under $300,000
10 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
14 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
0 home sold over $1 million
There are 158 homes on the market and the average home sold price is $372,000 here. The average home stays on the market 3.8 months prior to going into pending status. Home values continue to climb here and are not slowing down as sellers build up home equity.
Overall the North Kingstown home sale market through Septemberis up 37% this year in 2016 over same period in 2015 which is all a great sign for home sellers. The issue is that the lack of inventory in certain price ranges is needed now.
