Bob Crane is hosting a contest about reviewing our year so far, and how we are going to move forward in the 4th quarter of 2016.
My goals for 2016 included:
- Training Mike T Parson, a brand new Agent
- Studying and passing my Real Estate Instructor Test
- Opening a Real Estate School early 2017
- Market for Land
- Market to Builders
- Streamline our processes and systems
What I hadn't counted on was loosing our Concierge Mandi. I had such high hopes for her and a Real Estate career of her own. Didn't happen.
I succeeded in getting Mike trained, and he is killing it! His enthusiasm is contagious and caused another of our Agents to kick it into high gear. We have had an outstanding year!
The Second part of the contest was to continue writing posts of a local nature, that our market would be interested in. I did that in the form of market reports for our Subdivisions. These will continue to be written to keep Home Owner's and Buyer's scouring our website for the neighborhoods they would like to live in.
To keep us moving in the higher production arena we added three new to us systems:
- Brivity CRM
- Kwkly-lead to text program
- Brivity Valuation sites
In hind site, I wish I would have started just one of them at a time, integrated it into our daily business and then added the next one. I didn't do that and very quickly became overwhelmed and under productive in getting them set up in a timely fashion. I have taken strides to correct that and hope it gets done sooner rather than later.
I am pressing my luck in delaying my Instructor Testing. I am running out of time to get this done and send the State of Indiana the information they require about the curriculum and location of my real estate school. I do not know if it will get done in time for school to start in January. And now it is Convention time and I must go...
