Charlestown home sales are down upo ver the prior month with the following 11 home sales this month:


2 home sold under $300,000

5 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000

3 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million

1 homes sold over $1 million


There are 80 Charlestown homes on the market and the average home sold value is $415,000 this month.  Charlestown has seen no increase in home sales inCharlestown RI beach Blue Shutters 2017 over 2016 and home sold values have increased.  2017 is expected to continue to be busy for sellers and home buyers.
