It is unusual for a home priced well to stay on the market more than 30 days. Pricing isn't the only factor. Your home needs to be positioned to sell. Make sure it is clean and ready for professional photographs. Buyers tend to look online before going to homes.
Is your home showroom ready online? I see some horrible pictures on listings and frankly I am embarrased when I see this. I feel pain for the sellers that don't know what questions to ask.
Next make sure your home has a great marketing plan. It is important to market to the speicifc buyers that have interest in your area. This does not happen by placing a sign in the yard and then saying a prayer.
