Reverence is a 300-acre village in the master-planned community of Summerlin and the only village built and developed by only one homebuilder – Pulte Homes. The National Association of Home Builders National Sales and Marketing Council have named Reverence as a Silver Award Honoree for Master-Planned Community of the Year.
The Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each of the categories and are automatically finalists for the Gold Award. The Gold Awards will be presented on January 10 at the International Builders Show in Orlando Florida. Meredith Oliver, chairperson of the council, stated “The nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales.”
The Village of Reverence sits on 300 elevated acres of land and located west of the 215 Beltway between West Lake Mead and Cheyenne Avenue and very close to Red Rock Canyon. Jason Demuth, division director of marketing for PulteGroup, stated “Reverence is the culmination of years of planning that is providing Southern Nevada with an exceptionally beautiful and livable place to call home.”
There are six new home collections that feature 23 floor plans inspired by consumers – designs of the homes are contemporary and transitional and inspired by prairie, farmhouse, hacienda and desert styles.
Collection I consists of six best selling two-story Pulte Homes designs from around the Las Vegas area. These homes range from 2,397 to 2,806 square feet that feature flex loft spaces and covered patios. With several options such as floating stairs.
Collection II is a limited number of incredibly well designed one-story homes that range from 1,579 to 1,920 square feet. They offer two and three-room configurations with open spaces for gatherings, covered patios, garage storage and other spaces.
Collection III is a private group of one-story homes ranging from 2,156 to 2,450 square feet and located on the Terrace that sits below the recreation center.
Collection IV is a collection of one and two-story homes that range from 2,589 to 3,942 square feet. This collection is great for families since they offer an abundance of bedrooms, large open areas and flex spaces.
Collection V consists of luxurious executive homes ranging from 4,310 to 4,791 square feet. These homes offer interior courtyards, large patio areas as well as indoor/outdoor living spaces overseeing the Spring Mountains.
Collection VI is a collection of estate homes with expansive homesites and homes that range from 3,488 to 3,949 square feet.
