So, I'm eating my breakfast and I see I have an ActiveRain notification that Claude Labbe has sent me a message.
He had heard about the latest blizzard and wanted to send a little "stay safe" message.
He also mentioned that he had grown up in my city and still has family living here.
Claude seemed like the perfect choice for my second Reaching Out...An ActiveRain Challenge phone call!
I gave him a call and we talked for almost 40 minutes.
It was especially fun for me because he had once lived here in Rochester, NH.
I learned that he lived here most of his teen years, leaving when it came time for college.
Claude shared stories of his French Canadian parents and their home building business. We laughed, we cried....well not really, but I seriously think he has the makings of a movie script.
We discussed how the Seacoast area has changed over the years and which towns I've lived in.
We discussed my staging business and how I got started and what my business is like now.
Claude shared how he uses staging in his business and the value it brings to his clients, both sellers and buyers. I found this very interesting, because most agents don't realize the value that home stagers can bring to their buyer clients.
I enjoyed my phone visit with Claude, and I recommend giving him a call if you need a real estate agent in the Washington, DC area!
