Welcome to this edition of The Monday Morning Memo...I hope you found some time to enjoy the weekend with a little relaxation and fun.  This is a week to celebrate.  We should all look at the great things we have accomplished so far this year.  All of us have had successes big and small and we should take a few minutes to think about them.  You may not be where you want to be just yet, but you are sure making strides to get there.  Remember the journey is what matters not the destination.  Think about what has worked for you in the past and think about what did not work for you in the past.  Plan the future based on where you want to be and what you are willing to do to get there.  Let happiness steer the way.  Make sure to keep your eyes open as you never know when opportunity will show up.  Make your own luck by being prepared to take full advantage of lucky situations.

ENCOURAGEMENT CORNER...
Success
By: Unknown

Success is speaking words of praise,
In cheering other people's ways.
In doing just the best you can,
With every task and every plan.

It's silence when your speech would hurt,
Politeness when your neighbor's curt.
It's deafness when the scandal flows,
And sympathy with others' woes.

It's loyalty when duty calls,
It's courage when disaster falls.
It's patience when the hours are long,
It's found in laughter and in song.

It's in the silent time of prayer,
In happiness and in despair.
In all of life and nothing less,
We find the thing we call success.

WORDS TO LIVE BY...

Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine.
Anthony J. D'Angelo

So many fail because they don't get started - they don't go. They don't overcome inertia. They don't begin.
W. Clement Stone

It's faith in something and enthusiasm for something that makes life worth living.
Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr

Too many people are thinking of security instead of opportunity. They seem more afraid of life than death. They think about sending a card yet they don't.
