I have a great CRA program out right now that I am trying to spread the word! I have a low to moderate income program right now for home buyers. We offer 97% loan to value financing. Up to 6% seller assist allowed. Income limits are not be more than $59,440 for a 1-2 person household, or $74,300 for 3 or more people.
Rates are 1% below market rate for a 1-2 person household, 1.5% below for 3 or more.. rates for 5/27 were as follows 5.5% w/ 0 points fixed for 30 years for 1-2 person household, 5.0% w/ 0 points fixed for 30 years for a 3 or more person household. Rate lock is good for 90 days!
Requirements:
- you do not to be a 1st time home buyer, however you may not own any other real estate at the time of closing
- must complete Home Buyer Class counseling provided by a recognized HUD recognized group ( I have a list of all classes)
- Home inspection required on existing properties, must be a ASHI full member or NAHI CRI member.
- ONLY available in New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland.
