Sometimes suggestions are made...ideas are born and life gets in the way and they are lost. That happens....and sometimes we can make temporary changes that will work until more permanent ones can take their place.

loving memory There are a number of people who have passed away and have left an indelible mark...of honor...on Active Rain. Those of us who have been here a long time, remember some of them...and some of us will have memories of different people. Until we can get "developed" professionally...why not make the suggestions by putting their names in a group and as the new design comes into being a more permanent place can be incorporated if that idea is accepted and we are guessing it will be favored by the AR Gods.

'Ready to start "In Loving Memory"....Welcome...leave names here in this post to start please....Welcome Lou Ludwig...you knew you would be in this special place where we are all reminded of your many "from contribution" posts we revere, remember and give us pause to reflect on all they have shared with all of us.

I loved a special ActiveRain member who was Laura Cerrano's mother. Her name was Carole Provenzale. Carol was elegant, articulate, and wrote amazing blog posts. She passed from the AR community so suddenly. I miss her!

Two people come to mind but their names escape me. One was an inspector who fell off a roof and the other was a very petite woman who passed around 2010 from cancer. I remember her profile pic more than anything. It appeared to be an extreme close-up of her face. Can anyone help me out?
