I spend time thinking. I seem to go over some things time and again. Nothing changes but it is a hard habit to break. For me the only positive way to keep moving forward is to take an action. Sometimes I hit it well and other times I miss the ball. No matter: batter up is a call to action and the more I bat the better I get. So I am batting more and more and even on the bad days I look forward to the good ones. Thoughts matter but actions are what counts.
