Yoga and Brunch- Serenity Knolls Farm. I could go on and on about this fantastic place in Northeast Tennessee. It is located at 542 Bacon Branch Road Jonesborough. It is one of the most beautiful, serene places I've ever been to. They are well known for their Saturday night Contra dance under the Pavilion, (have not been yet but plan on going this weekend). Serenity Knolls also has cooking classes. I have been to several of them. They are fun and interactive, and you get to eat your meal at completion. Today's event was enjoyed by all. We started with an hour of gentle yoga on the Pavilion, just fabulous. The breeze was perfect, the birds were chirping. Perfect.
After Yoga, we went to the kitchen and created our meal under the instruction of Margie. Made new friends, laughed, shared, and learned. Once again, perfect. We dined on the porch overlooking the countryside and mountains. No rush, just relax and dine with all your new friends.
Serenity Knolls Farm has a schedule you can check out on line. Some of the classes you can look forward to include Wood fired pizza, (my favorite), Homemade Pasta, desserts and many more. (They are stand-alone classes, you don't have to do yoga or Contra dance). However, I highly recommend the yoga!
