Memorial Day

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States for remembering and honoring people who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The holiday is observed on the last Monday of May. Memorial Day was previously observed on May 30 from 1868 to 1971.

I hope everyone is enjoying the long Memorial Day weekend and let's not forget all the soldiers that fought and continue to fight for our country and ... "God Bless America"

Although many see Memorial Day as the kickoff to summer I hope everyone will take a moment to reflect upon those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of all we hold dear today.
