The latest market report for #OrlandoRealEstate is out, and inventory is continuing to climb, but mostly in the higher price ranges. The lack of more affordable homes is continuing to effect the number of sales with a slight decline from a year ago. However, prices continue to climb after the slight set back a couple of months ago.
