My favorite method of marketing is print marketing. Yes, it’s “Old School,” and it continues to work well for me. The middle of the month is when I finalize my next postcard and the full page newspaper ad.
For the month of October, I decided to include the Free Market Analysis postcard and surround it with new and pending listings. The importance of “Proper Representation” is what I want to “drive home” to every resident in the town.
There are 7,700+ single family homes in the Town of Franklin, and each home receives a newspaper, as well as our monthly jumbo postcard. This is a great opportunity to spotlight the team every month. The postcard will reinforce the newspaper, and the branding will strengthen.
The strength of one’s branding is in direct proportion to the magnitude of the visibility of the marketing pieces. Quality and Quantity are most important whether online or offline. Not everyone is online searching for a “Free Market Analysis in Franklin MA.” If they are, they’ll see us there, too.
However, I’d rather give them no choice but to see us. Everyone scans through their mail, and the majority of Franklin residents flip through the pages of the local newspaper. They’re going to see us one way or another, and they will see us consistently. It’s the beauty of offline marketing.
