Lombard home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 18.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.3% from $261,000 to $269,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 21.4%, while the median sale price rose by 12.8% from $274,000 to $309,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 10%, while the median sale price decreased by 9.9% from $202,500 to $182,500.
