I have bought and sold rural homes around Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood for nearly 8 years now and it's getting more difficult to find a good value up north. Demand is as high there as anywhere in the state, escpecially now that the Pandemic of one year ago has changed the work scene. We all know employers are allowing more and more "work remote", and it's driving up the demand for rural and smaller-town properties. I don't see any end in sight for the rise in value at this point. I've had both listings and buyers successfully buy and sell however it's clearly a seller's market and inventory priced under $300 per square foot keeps getting hard to find. Paulden, Parks, Cottonwood, Cornville, Chino Valley, Williams, Doney Park, Flagstaff Sedona and Prescott, there are no exceptions to this rule in sight.
