Frustrations

By
Real Estate Agent with All American Residential Realty
After being in this industry a little while,I have developed thick skin.It is becoming extremely difficult lately, however, not to be discouraged.I am sure that a lot of you feel me out there! After investing almost two years in one buyer, she decides to rent a house without involving me.Of course she says she will use me as her agent when she buys, but that is not the point.I have recently had some other forms of bad luck as far as real estate is concerned.Hopefully, this one settlement goes well on Friday. I need some good luck!;)

You will have good luck soon, just keep your head down, and keep selling.  You can do it.

I have a theory.  For every client that fell out of my loop.  One easy sale has fallen into the loop.  The next time you score an effortless sale, be thankful for it.  It's the justice for the one that kicked you in the gut.

Hey I like Chris' theory!  Yes, it's easy to get frustrated over our time.  Sometimes I wish out industry would switch over to "pay by the hour" for our services.  People would be in for a rude awakening!
