Mara

I have really enjoyed reading your blog.   I am relatively new to AR and have noticed you have received a lot of points and have achieved a remarkable high ranking. Congratulations!   May I ask if you have had success in turning your high ranking into business?   I am curious if it has been a profitable venture personally as well as financially.   Thanks for sharing and best of luck in your business.

Hi Mara, one theme I have always liked in homes I have purchased which you have illustrated with this fine property is town and country. Living far enough out to enjoy the country atmosphere and have some land but also being close enough to "town" to enjoy those amenities. A very good presentation on this one with descriptions of the mileage between points.

Bill - Saugahatchee Crossing is a really beautiful place, for people that don't have the requirement to stay within the city limits. It's so close to Auburn (& Montgomery), and the beautiful setting and homes and preservation of nature is truly an incredible value and opportunity.

James - Thank you for your kind words, and for taking the time to comment here. And yes, I have had several leads (and closings) in recent months that were generated from my online presence. I'm not very clever at tracking it all, but do ask my clients how they found me. I also have received several emails via AR. I think like any other tool, you have to "work" it and use it...keep active and learn how to utilize it to your best advantage (I've got miles to go!) Thanks again for stopping by.

Gary - I've been able to imagine myself in every home I've listed at Saugahatchee Crossing. They are really beautiful homes and the surroundings nurture such a sense of quiet beauty and peace.
