Best quote I heard all month was from Adam Bogle www.agentinakilt.com.  His sellers refused to lower the price by $200K so that it was priced to sell.  They said " We will wait for a miracle to happen"  (the unknowing buyer who will over pay).  He told them he was licensed to sell real estate not licensed in miracles, and they should call their priest since he is the only one licensed to do that"
