Having Call "RELUCTANCE"?

Doesn't the phone seem to weigh about 100 pounds some days? Calling those expireds, those fsbos (unrepresented buyers), and friends. I'm excited about a new class I'm going to take with my old friend, Michael Friedman. He has coached me in the past and is my current coach.

He is working with John Alexandrov on a new program called "Your Call to Success" which addresses: FEAR OF MAKING CALLS! CALL RELUCTANCE! OH NO! The names for the 12 types of call reluctance are great: "Telephone Terror" or "Social Class Apprehension" or maybe its "The Conceder". They make me laugh - except that they kind of hit a little close to home - OUCH.

Laura- The truth is, I've never like speaking on the phone - interesting affliction for a REALTOR®. What's even more amazing - years ago, I conducted market research telephone interviews.

The hardest part is picking up the phone. It's all downhill, from there.

Telephone Terror - It is a real condition! I just listened to a conference call with John Alexandrov and he was outlining the 12 kinds of call reluctance and that was one he found in his research! I can relate.
