Melbourne Real Estate and for that part any Brevard County Real Estate is starting to get hot again! However, I have had people ask me if they should even buy a home in areas like Palm Bay or Cocoa Beach, and the answer is pretty simple. Let's look at the facts...I like facts!
- There are 77 Million Baby Boomers retiring over the next 10 Year period
- Prices are the lowest they have been since 2003!
- Brevard County Florida is the least expensive Waterfront Community in Florida!
- As far as I can see, this is as close to the bottom we are going to get.
- Brevard County is still a beautiful, semi-discovered area!
- 71 Miles of beautiful Ocean beaches
- Awesome rocket and shuttle launches...especially night launches!
- Did someone say golf? I think we are up to 28 Golf Courses in Brevard County
- Yes, we can't forget all you fisherman...lots and lots of water between the rivers and the Ocean!
- And finally, You will live only 1 Hour east of the most famous mouse in the world! No, not mighty mouse!
Ok, so the way I look at it, Brevard County is a great investment. Currently you can buy a beautiful Oceanfront Condo for less than $500k. Compare that to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Fort Myers...I don't think you can. We have no where to go but up!
Right now I'm sitting on my deck overlooking my pool and my double decker dock on my canal. A mother Manatee and her baby just came by the dock to say hi. Paradise? Some would say.
So if anyone asks you if they should move to Brevard County....just say yes!!
