I haven't been on to blog in awhile and I usually try to keep it real estate related,.... but,... this is very important. I just saw this on the news. Orangutans are being killed to stop them from eating the fruit that you get palm oil from. So the next time you go to the grocery store, please check your potato chips and other grocery items to make sure they do not contain palm oil in order to stop the needless killing of these special animals that have 99% similar DNA to ours. If you have watched any nature shows you would see how similar they are to us. This is a tragedy that must be stopped.

Let it be said that animals have rights too. As a vegetarian, I would encourage you go without eating meat and see how much better you will feel...especially when you don't eat red meat. Red meat takes a lot of energy to digest. You will notice how sleepy you get after eating red meat. This is because blood is diverted away from your extremities and goes to aid the digestion process. I also believe red meat is the cause of much heart disease in the United States. The eating of meat is a completely unnecessary act. We are no longer a hunting society. We grow many different kinds of foods to sustain us and there are plenty of protein substitutes. Give it a try and see how you feel and remember....don't buy palm oil.
