With all of the development (residential, commercial, retail) in Wesley Chapel, I shouldn't have been been surprised when I heard that there is a plan to rezone the Quail Hollow Golf & Country Club to RES-6. It seems that there are plans for converting the golf course to 660 single family and multiple family dwellings.
