I'm always trying to do things to make my business more appealing and user friendly for my customers(agents and buyers/sellers). How do you prefer your inspection reports? Do you like paper hard copies or do you prefer to have them E~mailed to you so you are able to foreword the summary or repair requests to the selling agent? I have both, but would like to hear how a variety of agents feel.

Hi Steve. Great question. Personally I don't like home inspection reports that are hand written. I like to have them in e-mail format so I can keep an electronic copy for my files. Adding photos to the report and detailed comments is also an enhancement.
