It is the ONLY National site that pulls listings from Multiple Listing Services across the US. What that means to you, the consumer, is that it has the most up to date accurate information on available listings. Ever since it was created it has been the number one site for home searches.
Here's the new face of REALTOR.com. We thought we should share some of the new features. We'll just hit the basics today! Let's take a look!
On the top left hand side you'll see a rectangular box that reads, FIND HOMES. Type in the zip code you would like to search. Seven Springs (and the Champion area) is 15622, Hidden Valley is 15502, and Donegal is 15628. Email us for more zip codes to areas you'd like to explore. And you can also check out our Free Reports page on our web site for more info on searching this area. Then click on the green search button. To refine your results you can select BUY or RENT (under the zip code field) by clicking on the circle, add a price range, and number of bedrooms and baths. Let's stay on this page for today.
Underneath FIND HOMES the rectangle box that's outlined in dark blue (on my screen) will scroll through pictures of all of the listings in the area you most recently searched. Note that it now tells you when the listing was posted. You can click on VIEW DETAILS for more info on a property or SAVE LISTING. But today we're just looking at this page.
The third box on the bottom left asks WHAT'S YOUR HOME WORTH. Surprise, it doesn't work in our area, YET! BUT WE KNOW, so catch up with us! Or keep checking out our BLOG as we post the current transfers for both resorts at least twice a month!
Moving over to the top right hand side of the page, FIND HOME VALUES once again it doesn't work, yet, in our area. BUT WE KNOW, so catch up with us! We have been meticulously recording statistics for BOTH Seven Springs and Hidden Valley since 2004.

Please understand that the first areas to have this information populated have more than two lanes, streets with traffic lights, and way more full time people. Basically they start with the big cities first!
