It is important to contact your legislatures regarding the Down Payment Assistance Programs. They
will be eliminated Oct 1 if a new bill is not passed to continue their use for FHA. These programs
are important to continue to assist buyers with affordable housing. Check out Nehemiah and

I just posted a blog that Tamara sent us from PenMar that will allow people to go on there and fill in their info it will send an email to the council members telling them to keep the program for the city of Hagerstown. It would be just crazy for them not to! Let me know if you have any ideas of something I can do to help!
