So you finally got your Real Estate license, hung your license and are ready to go. But where do you go from here! If you are knew to the business, you probably don't know me. My name is Mitch Ribak, the founder of The eHomes Realty Network.
I started in Real Estate back in 2001 and my only training I received was my Broker telling me "I don't do any training, but I will tell you to Follow up, Follow up, Follow up. That was it. I was on my own to figure this business out. I didn't know anybody who lived in this area since I had moved here just 2 years earlier and traveled daily for my Internet Company I owned at the time. Luckily I had owned several companies prior to getting my Real Estate license so I treated Real Estate no differently than any other business I preiously started. I understand what it feels like to be thrown into the fire in Real Estate.
Since 2001 I have become very successful and now have my own Brokerage with 24 Agents which I opened in 2005 with 6 Agents. In 2007 we were the number 1 brokerage in Brevard County in Buyer Transactions. So far in 2008 we are still number 1! I know that you have lots of challenges ahead of you and the most likely, you will not make it in this business. That's just the numbers. So that's the bad news! Ok, it's early and I'm rambling. I'm very excited about offering The eHomes Realty Network to New Realtors as I wish this was available when I became an Agent. I specialize in helping new to newer Agents. In my brokerage, 18 of the 24 Agents were brand new Agents or only 6 months or less in the business. My belief is the newer you are when I get to help you, the less I will have to reprogram you.
