The Process

1. Once initial payment is received your account will be set-up. The customer completes enrollment by signing the contract and providing us with proof of current address and social security number. Also the customer provides us with a copy of their credit report along with the items they describe as erroneous, inaccurate and/or unverifiable.

a. The customer may cancel the contract without penalty or obligation anytime prior to midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the contract is signed.

b. If the customer is not satisfied after six (6) months or two (2) dispute cycles they may receive a refund less the initial set-up fee and $35 for each negative item removed or corrected during the time they were involved with Ramaj Credit Restoration services.

 

2. The credit restoration process begins once the customer contract, payment, address/SSN and credit reports are received. Acceptable forms of address verification: Pre-printed documents: utility bill, driver's license, etc. Acceptable forms of SSN verification: SSN card, pay stub, W-2, etc.

3. Within three to five business days the customer will receive their welcome packet, which includes:

a. Welcome letter

b. Copy of contracts signed (which may need to be signed, copied and returned back)

c. Tips on credit

d. Magnets and business cards

e. Complete explanation of our dispute process

f. Cancellation of services form

4. We will look at the customer's credit report to determine what method of credit repair is necessary. Next a plan is developed to effectively restore our client's credit. Then, letters will be drafted to remove all old addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information from credit files.

5. Letters will then be drafted on your behalf to identified parties; including but not limited to, credit reporting agencies, collection agencies and original creditors. Each letter will be individually drafted based on your personal situation. We will attack the furnisher of information on your credit report with a debt validation letter, demanding proof of debt. All Debt Validation letters will be sent via certified mail return receipt (CMRR)!! You owe it to your self!! We fully understand Section 609 of the FCRA and demand companies to follow the law!

6. Once disputes are sent your credit report will be monitored closely to determine the next step. Every 45 days thereafter the customer will be contacted and reminded to forward all documents regarding credit to Ramaj Credit Restoration. Once we receive ALL information sent to the customer regarding their credit report, we will continue to ATTACK and you will see results!! That's why it's so important to mail, fax, or email ALL information received by credit furnishers!!

7. The customer will receive progress reports via email or mail after each dispute process, detailing the status of their credit file. We are available via phone and email 24 hours a day to answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.

8. At the end of your term, we will meet and discuss the customer credit situation at that time. We will provide a print out of account history and copies off all work performed. In addition, the customer will receive credit consultation on various credit options to maintain credit worthiness. Some options may include: credit cards, secured/unsecured loans, auto loans, home-ownership, etc. *Please note, we will work on your credit file until you're COMPLETELY satisfied!!
