City of Brookings, Airport, Marina Heights, North Bank Chetco River, Harbor, Whinchuck,
South Bank Chetco River, Carpenterville, Cape Ferrello and Whaleshead.

The average sales price was $256,566 and the average days on market was 150.
There are 17 pending sales and 28 new listings.
There is a total of 333 active residential home listings in these same neighborhoods.

Greg- Haven't ever sky dove....I am a daring person, but not that daring!!

Janna- Just today we had 3 closings...a 400K, 600K, and 700K. That ought to bump up average sales price next month! Sadly none of the closings were mine.
