Expired Listings are selling, unless there is a renter or the owners refuse to be reasonable with the price, both make me so frustrated. I have been selling properties that just needed a little staging and price reduction.
Someone wrote that it's all about price and I do agree because if it is location or condition a reasonable price will sell these properties.
I think we will be seeing more Expired Listing because home owners still expect their homes to increase in value as they did over the past 5 or 6 years.
