Yesterday I was at LaCasa, Inc. to help a Home Owner with a predatory loan, and look at solutions for their family. While at LaCasa, I picked up a book about living in Goshen, Indiana. It covers everything from Garbage Collection and when you can set out your bags, the noise level, property upkeep, Recycling, Vehicle storage, Repair and Parking and Neighborhood Resources. What a great plan! They encourage neighbors to work together on keeping the neighborhood clean, safe and friendly.
