American Red Cross partners with Pitney Bowes for Holiday Mail for Heroes campaign. They are collecting holiday cards to distribute to American service members, veterans and their families. Schaumburg Jaycees Wish Tree 2008 brightens holiday season for a less fortunate child in Schaumburg Township. "Adopt" a child from the Wish Tree, do a little extra holiday shopping, or donate funds and have Jaycees do shopping. Located at 160-D S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Village of Hoffman Estates. A donation of canned goods or personal toiletry items would be appreciated to replenish area Township food pantries. Donations accepted at Village Hall until Dec. 5.
