Opal Financial (http://www.Opalgroup.net) sponsored the 5th Annual "Investing in Distressed Housing Summit". The site was the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove Miami on November 12-13, 2008. The Summit attracted over 100 professional interested in the opportunities the current market is providing.
Crown Realty Advisors was a featured presenter on several panels including:

The enthusiastic attendees participated in lively discussion regarding location of properties, realistic expectations on returns, and assembling teams to handle the exit strategy. Crown was instrumental creating synergy among the panel participants amplifying each session.
The Exit strategy session provided many opportunities for questions as the Crown Matrix was reviewed including Analysis & Strategy, The Asset Management, Sales & Marketing, Closing Service, and the Profit Payout. The participants kept asking for follow up information on the exit strategy. This message was the resounding thirst for more information coming from all disciplines.
