I am posting my first blog ever and am excited to be here. This site seems so interesting I cannot wait to figure it all out. I am new to the area so any advice on places to go/things to do is welcome both on Active rain and/or in Greenville/Simpsonville area.

Anna - First off - welcome. Second, here's my advice: dive in. Start writing as often as you can find time to do so. Write about different things. Write about your experiences in real estate, your listings, neighborhoods, things you learn in ActiveRain, questions you have, and any tips or tricks you use. Just write. The more you do it, the more comfortable you will become with it and the more you'll begin to enjoy it and (hopefully) enjoy the fruits of your labor. I've heard a lot of great success stories from here. I've been here a little over a month and I'm enjoying it and learning everyday. Good luck and feel free to pop by if you ever have a question.
When I firsted here about a week ago I couldn't understand why everyone keep saying it was addictive. It won't take you long to figure it out.

My best advice is to check out the web site every day so that you can learn a little about how it works. I have been here for 3 months and I am just now getting comfortable with everything AR has to offer.
Enjoy the Rain. If you haven't taken the time to get up to Asheville to Biltmore, you need to do that. Also, I would suggest cruising Localism for your area to see what is posted.
