How did it work out? were you able to help a client with a modification or a short sale? I'm wondering how well the roger butcher system works, I think I might try it.

It was very informational. I have successfully helped clients with short sales, it has made it a lot easier knowing and having a written plan of action. I have not incorporated their services. I just have used their process (s) on my own.
It was worth the investment of time and money.

Very interesting, I was thinking the same thing: learn the proscess from them, maybe let their services do the first one or two, then do them myself. Glad to hear that has worked good for you. Have you used Rogers service for loan modifications? or done any loan modifications on your own?

I love Roger Butcher training program! We have all of his materials and listen to his audio training over and over again, lots of great advice that really helped us ramp up our business years ago, still going strong. The only disappointing thing is that we bought the 20/20 database system which is no longer supported.
