Sir,
The photo of the Sun 'n Lake Country Club sign is misleading. In Highlands County their are 2 Sun 'n Lakes communities, one in Sebring, the other in Lake Placid. They are two seperate communities, except for the name they have nothing in common.
Also the photo is dated, the Candlelight was torn down along with the country club. A new facility will open in December 2009.

Yep, there are 2 Sun'n'Lake communities, completely independent from each other.
Also, the lot is far from being an acre. The lot has 7750 square feet.
