Central Oregon received its first big snow in December -- just in time for Christmas. Meanwhile, the Sisters real estate market continued to cool. It was nice to see yet another dip in the number of listings (down from a summer high of 243 in July to 132 in November). No one should be too surprised to find a slight decrease in the number of sales (from a high of 11 in June and July to seven in December).
