It's Cooooold out there, still here in Florenceville and Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada and I am finding that Vendors who had their homes listed all winter are getting very anxious to get things moving and some are even a little cranky because a) they need to get their house sold b) they are sick of winter c) they are just cold and cranky and so very ready for the sun to shine. Therefore, I have started organizing Realtor's Open Houses and Realtor Caravans and am not above offering Bribes to get the Realtors to come. Sometimes we offer a draw for a nice gift basket, sometimes the offer of breakfast or lunch at the nearest local cafe or sometimes it is Tim Bits and Coffee or Punch and patio sandwiches. I don't know about the rest of you, but whatever works and is legal is fair ball. And even if you do not get a sale as a result of this, it is a great way to build comaradie. I am sure this is not a new idea to most of you, but maybe you can think of your own way to put a spin on it .
