There are a few guidelines, but the gist is that if you have a ratified contract by May 31st, 2007 and you use one of our Prosperity Loan Officer and the property is a Long & Foster listing, you will receive a ½% buy-down for 1 year on a fixed rate 30 year loan. For instance, today's rates are 6.25 then your rate would be 5.75. The actual amount will be determined by what the rate is at the time you lock in your loan.
Loan application must be made by June15, 2007 with a Prosperity Mortgage Loan Officer.
