Its very interesting one guy that I talked to said that he had 50 people come into his house and got a really good price for it. Then I talked to another guy and he said that he had like 200 come through and only got 3 bids then when he called them up they withdrew there offers. He said that the people didn't really take it seriously But I've heard more good things than bad.
